Return & Exchange Policy
This policy complies with FTC mail-order rules and CPSC safety regulations, with special provisions for the technical and physical characteristics of bicycles, action cameras, and intelligent cycling gear. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number—returns without an RA number will be rejected.
Eligibility Requirements

Time LimitAll return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery. For bicycles, we extend this window to 45 days to allow for frame fit and assembly verification.

Product ConditionAll products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and compliance documents (e.g., FCC certificate, CPSC safety label) intact:
- Bicycle: Unassembled (or assembled but unused) with original packaging, no scratches on the frame, all components (wheels, brakes, pedals) included; no signs of test rides or outdoor use.
- Action Camera: Unopened or unused with original box, all accessories (mounts, batteries, cables) included; no scratches on the lens or body; firmware not modified.
- Speed Sensor: Uninstalled, no mounting marks, original packaging and user manual included; Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity uncompromised.
- Intelligent Cycling Glasses: Unworn, original tags and case included; lenses free of scratches, frame undamaged; electronic components (if applicable) fully functional.

Defective/Incorrect ItemsProducts with manufacturing defects (e.g., bicycle frame cracks, action camera lens malfunctions, speed sensor connectivity failures) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size, model, color) are eligible for free returns or exchanges. Photo/video evidence of the defect is required for verification, and we cover all shipping costs.

CPSC Recalled ItemsAll CPSC-recalled products are eligible for free return, replacement, or full refund, regardless of purchase date. We will notify you immediately if any product you purchased is subject to a recall.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used products (e.g., bicycles with test ride marks, action cameras with recorded footage, cycling glasses with sweat stains).
- Products damaged due to improper use, assembly, or modification (e.g., bicycle frame bent from a crash, action camera water-damaged beyond IP rating, speed sensor broken from incorrect mounting).
- Customized products (e.g., personalized bicycle paint jobs, custom-cut cycling glasses lenses) with non-quality-related issues.
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page), except for defective or recalled items.
- Products with removed or damaged compliance labels (e.g., CPSC bicycle safety labels, FCC action camera certifications).
Return & Exchange Process

Submit RequestContact customer service via phone, email, or the website’s return portal, provide your order number, describe the issue, and upload photo/video evidence (if applicable). We will review your request within 2 business days and issue an RA Number if approved.

Shipping & Pickup Arrangement
- Defective/Incorrect/Recalled Items: We provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all shipping costs. For bicycles, we coordinate with a freight carrier for free pickup (no restocking fee applies).
- Personal Reason Returns: You are responsible for all shipping costs. A 10–25% restocking fee applies based on product type: 25% for bicycles, 15% for action cameras, 10% for speed sensors and cycling glasses.

Inspection & ProcessingOur quality and compliance team inspects returned items within 5 business days to verify condition and compliance with safety standards.
- Eligible defective/incorrect items: Process a full refund (including original shipping fees) or exchange for the correct product, shipped free of charge within 3 business days.
- Eligible personal reason returns: Deduct shipping costs and restocking fees, then issue a refund for the remaining product price.

Refund CompletionRefunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days for bank processing.
