We offer specialized shipping for cycling tech and gear to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), with protective packaging for bicycles and fragile electronics (action cameras, speed sensors). PO box shipping is available for small items (speed sensors, cycling glasses); bicycles require a physical delivery address.

- White Glove Delivery for Bicycles: Includes in-home delivery, professional assembly, packaging removal, and a quick safety check. Available for contiguous U.S. addresses only, with a $99 flat rate.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Cycling Season), shipping may be delayed by 2–3 business days. We recommend ordering 2 weeks in advance for timely delivery.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over **$59** (contiguous U.S.). For orders under $59 and non-contiguous U.S. locations, fees are as follows:

Order Tracking & Delivery Notes
- Tracking Information: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. For bicycles, we provide a dedicated freight carrier contact for real-time updates.
- Delivery Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. For damaged packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
- Product Protection: Bicycles are packed in reinforced cardboard with foam padding for frame protection; action cameras and speed sensors are sealed in anti-static, shock-absorbent packaging; cycling glasses are shipped in hard cases to prevent lens scratches.
- Address Changes: Address changes requested before shipping are free (one change per order). Post-shipping address changes incur a $14.99 processing fee and may cause delivery delays.
