Order Submission & Confirmation
- Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
- An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellations
- Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
- After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
- Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Compliance Guarantees
- All bicycles meet CPSC safety standards for frame strength, brake performance, and wheel stability.
- Action cameras and speed sensors are FCC-certified for wireless frequency compliance.
- Intelligent cycling glasses comply with ASTM F3136 standards for impact resistance and UV protection.
Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.

Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for:
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., bicycle frame size fit, action camera resolution, cycling glasses lens tint).
- Injuries or damages caused by improper product use, assembly, or modification (e.g., bicycle crash from incorrect brake adjustment, action camera damage from exceeding IP rating, cycling glasses broken from improper use).
- Damages caused by using products for competitive cycling or stunts—our products are designed for recreational use only.
- Technical issues with connected products (e.g., speed sensor app connectivity) that are not caused by manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage
- Bicycle: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (frame, forks, brakes); excludes wear-and-tear parts (tires, chains, brake pads).
- Action Camera: 1-year limited warranty against electronic and mechanical defects; excludes lens scratches, water damage beyond IP rating, and accidental damage.
- Speed Sensor: 1-year limited warranty against connectivity and battery defects; excludes physical damage from improper mounting.
- Intelligent Cycling Glasses: 1-year limited warranty against frame and lens defects; excludes scratches from improper storage or use.
User Obligations
- Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct bicycle frame size measurements, shipping address details). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- Use products in accordance with the user manual and U.S. safety regulations. Do not modify products (e.g., bicycle frame, action camera firmware) without professional guidance—modifications will void all warranties.
- Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
- Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.
Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution
- All website content (product images, descriptions, user manuals, compliance documents, app software) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
- Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Multnomah County, Oregon, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Oregon.
- These terms are governed by Oregon state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
